The location was central, close to services, restaurants, and stops. The room I received was very different from the photos in the listing (furniture, equipment, colors, bathroom). The bathroom was not a bright one with a shower cabin; instead it was a black one with a shower curtain, old tiles, and doors painted black. The room’s furnishings felt like salvage, with a scratched chair, office cabinets instead of a nightstand, and the whole setup gave a bad impression. Additionally, loud music and a noticeable thump at night (the hotel downstairs hosts a restaurant and casino). This was the first time I encountered such a large discrepancy between the offer and reality on this booking platform, and I was surprised because I had always expected a certain standard from that hotel chain.
