A private terrace offers garden views, and the room includes a mini‑bar and sound‑proof walls. One single bed and two large double beds accommodate three guests. The en‑suite bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The hotel feels well‑invested and cared for, with obvious significant money put into the infrastructure. But that alone isn’t enough; staff training and the right management are missing. There is no bellboy, and the receptionist girl offered to carry our luggage—she weighed about 45 kg, while our suitcases were heavier, so we declined. Expecting front‑desk staff to haul luggage is absurd. The kitchen is fantastic—chefs deserve kudos—but a large portion of the serving staff struggled with English or didn’t speak it at all, which is unacceptable for a high‑class hotel. Flies were everywhere—in the room, at breakfast, around the buffet—likely due to a nearby farm, ruining an otherwise excellent breakfast when they landed on the food. Room cleaning was very superficial; towels weren’t changed, and there was no “Please leave on the floor” sign. The spa is excellent, yet there’s no control over the naturist area; around the pool people lounged in swimwear, holding phones like a theatre, which made us avoid the pool entirely. It’s frustrating that the owners have invested heavily in the property while the management operates at a low level. I hope we’ll see improvements on our next visit.

The location is sensational, the view is amazing, the peace is perfect, the wellness area is great, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly!
Everything was spotless, the team was excellent and the food was superb; however, the price seemed a bit steep for the value and the spa area was rather small with only two textile‑swim pools – a high‑level gripe, but overall it was truly great.

We especially want to highlight the young and highly motivated service team—11 out of 10 points! ;-) Annalena, Amelie, Ronja, Hannes, and Luis showed extra engagement.
