The room was spacious, the pool had a whirlpool, there was a tiny fitness area that only covered the basics, a large lobby, breakfast was included, plenty of parking and surrounding restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but the building is lit from the outside and the rooms can’t be fully darkened; the windows don’t open at all and are only controlled by the air‑conditioning. All consumables are disposable, the products have nothing to do with sustainability, the paper cups come wrapped in plastic, and even the breakfast buffet items are packaged.

The location was perfect for our plans—Legoland was just 10 minutes away—but the breakfast was terrible; we ran out of plates and coffee, there was no fruit, only eggs, ham, potatoes, and bread, so I wouldn’t recommend spending money on it.

The place was spotless and the staff were friendly. I slept well on the comfortable bed and liked the room. Breakfast was also nice.

The team was helpful and sympathetic, but my vacation with my 11 friends got interrupted and ruined because I had to make the reservations. I confirmed that 2 of the 3 rooms had two queen beds and sofa beds, yet I was given the wrong room type at LaQuinta. LaQuinta offered to accommodate my group, but it would cost me over 300.00 to get a king room with a sofa. I made 12 calls from the start of our 3 nights until check‑out, and received 36 apologies saying “sorry, nothing we can do,” or “you have to speak to the manager” and a promise to email about a refund, but I never got the promised return calls or emails. They offered a refund in the form of credit, which I found unacceptable; I want any refund back to my credit card. From the front desk to the chamber maids the staff were friendly and tried to meet our needs, but language barriers and deep accents with the Booking agents made it hard to understand what was being said.

The service was excellent and everything was fantastic. Breakfast was good, I stayed there for two days, and I enjoyed the minutes and hours of my stay.
