The stay was very good and the hotel’s quality is on point. The room was well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The freshly baked pancakes for breakfast were tasty. The butler Vivian and the assistant responded promptly. The location is great and convenient for travel; I’ll still choose this hotel when I return to Hangzhou.

The hotel is in a central spot, within walking distance of Xi Lake and the night market, with Kerry Centre right next door. The room was luxurious, and the staff and services were excellent. No negatives.

The hotel’s location is good, but the service was poor and the rooms had problems. The staff didn’t seem to understand what customers needed, and when I ordered breakfast for two they asked if I only paid for one.
