The breakfast was homemade and tasty! The TV didn’t show terrestrial channels, so I ended up watching manga instead.
Location. The bathroom was very small.
The spot was unbeatable, right next to the park—definitely the best location.

The staff were kind, and being close to Sanjo‑dori meant I never had trouble finding a place to eat. The kettle was left with water inside, so I couldn’t use it as usual.

Close to Kintetsu Nara Station and Nara Park, good value. Some people might mind the old‑school feel; I don’t mind it.
