The property is very well maintained and clean. Friendly hosts. The value for money is very poor; 640 pln per night is definitely too much considering the location, standard and room equipment.

A beautiful green setting, great breakfast, very friendly owners. Highly recommend to those looking for quiet, peace and nature. A good base for exploring Roztocze or Zamość, Lublin, etc.

The place is a real gem for anyone looking for a break from everyday noise and routine. Located on the edge of Lipowiec village, it offers pure tranquility, with almost daily sightings of deer and occasionally hares. The hosts are always available and suggest worthwhile excursions and sights. Breakfast is probably the best I've had this year (aside from the local cebularz), featuring a wide selection of cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, and warm dishes like Biłgoraj pie or simple scrambled eggs, fresh sausages, and pancakes—always served with heart. There's also a sweet treat for morning coffee on the covered terrace. Don't forget the on‑site winery, which sells delicious wines that have earned several awards in recent years. The surrounding Roztocze region has many great spots for visits, sightseeing, or just relaxing. I highly recommend it to anyone craving genuine rest. Warm thanks to Mr. Leszek and his wife; it was wonderful.

A pleasant spot off the beaten path. Breakfast was adequate for the small number of guests, though there could have been more options like yogurt or hot items; the available cold cuts and cheeses were tasty. The owner reminded everyone to clean up after themselves in the kitchen, which ended up making all guests tidy up after breakfast—a bit humorous. My suggestion: set the food table in the dining hall; walking down the stairs isn’t the best idea.
