Radisson Hotel Chateau de Bangkok

“Keep it up”

Everything from the start to the end was great. The hotel’s recent renovation gives the rooms a fresh, modern feel and they’re very comfortable. I was upgraded to a better room, which made my return stay even better. The staff really stand out: their service, warm welcome, and genuine hospitality are at a level that many 5‑star hotels don’t even reach, making you feel truly valued as a guest.

The room was huge, spacious, and spotless, with a large bathroom that had a bathrobe. The gym was nice and the breakfast was spectacular. The free shuttle to the metro stop was convenient. The location wasn’t ideal for us, being 45 minutes to an hour from the historic centre (Palazzo Reale), but it’s only a 10‑minute walk to Lumphini Park, so it depends on what you’re after.

“Overall, a lovely stay and a beautiful hotel”

The hotel is beautiful, fully renovated, and has a fresh, modern vibe. The staff are welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help, making for a lovely stay. The only drawback was the room temperature: it’s set to 22 °C but feels much colder, and it would be better if the windows could be opened even a little to bring in fresh air and improve comfort.
