The location is very bad, the area feels unsafe, the bathroom is awful, the kitchen is dirty, and the water in the bath is generally poor. We also lost some items from our suitcases, received no response after filing a complaint, and felt mistreated; we’ve travelled many times and never had this happen before. We would not return or recommend it.

Edwin was genuinely friendly and made everything feel welcoming. I didn’t have any complaints – everything about the stay was to my liking.

The service was spot‑on; the staff paid close attention to our needs and responded quickly.

The owner was very polite and went out of his way to help, and the price was hard to beat. The downside was the room itself – it was sweltering, had no windows, and the walls were covered in graffiti, which made it feel more like a jail cell than a hotel room. We barely managed to get any sleep.
