Even though the staff member was foreign, their service was outstanding.

The staff were all friendly and handled everything with genuine care, and the hotel’s spot right next to De-yashiki Station was definitely convenient. The only downside was that there was just a single elevator, which made trips slow, and the stairwell exit was blocked so you couldn’t use the stairs at all, forcing you to rely on the lift for even a single floor. I also found a glove that looked like a work‑glove tucked under the bed; perhaps the housekeeping can at least check for stray items each day.

It was disappointing that neither the front desk nor the restaurant warned us about the ongoing construction.

They were quick to issue a receipt when I asked, but the breakfast area was under renovation and unavailable, and the gap between the bed and the desk was uncomfortably tight.
