The staff were attentive, and the hotel restaurant served very good food. However, everything is pricey and parking spaces are extremely limited.

“Bel hôtel”

The hotel is very beautiful in the Jaguar Park. The staff are overly insistent about tips, which are optional, and even followed us to our room to adjust the tip we had left for a two‑salad Caesar service.

We enjoyed the pool, the view, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable; the restaurant is very good but expensive. The breakfast is overpriced for its mediocre quality, unlike the dinner which is excellent. Every day you must pay for a bracelet that acts as a tax added to everything else, and there is a lack of information about nearby activities.
