The rooms were nice and authentic, and the breakfast was tasty. The building was quiet and clean inside. The hotel staff was ready to meet us the first evening to show the way; after a few times, it was easier to remember the route. There were some grocery shops within a 3 minute walk. The reception was usually empty, so we had to communicate via phone. It would be better to send directions or photos on how to get to the riad in case no one is available to guide you the first time, or if you simply forget.

“Algo decepcionada”

Me gustaron las instalaciones eran cómodas y estaba limpio la mujer que nos servía el desayuno muy agradable. El riad mal organizado tuve un problema con la tasas al hacer el check in pagué lo que se pidió y un dia antes de marchar me comentan que falta dinero que la persona que me cobro el primer dia ya no trabaja allí y que me cobro mal.pedí factura para pagar lo que supuestamente debía y el tema se quedó ahi. Por último el desayuno que estaba pagado si sales antes de las 9.30 no lo hay me parece anormal ya que la hora es normal por lo tanto pagas el desayuno pero en mi caso no lo disfrute dos veces. Las camas tardan en hacerlas y en ocasiones no ponen papel higiénico

An unforgettable stay, an exceptional welcome! 1000% recommended! I recommend this riad with my eyes closed! The welcome from Fathia and Abdo was simply exceptional. Fathia was incredible throughout our stay, always attentive to us. We asked her for a small service, and she accepted without hesitation. The breakfast was plentiful and varied each morning, allowing us to discover new specialties each time. In terms of cleanliness, nothing to note: the room was cleaned every two days with fresh sheets and towels, and the staff even took the time to delicately tidy our belongings. You can leave your stuff in confidence 100 %. Beyond comfort, it was the human sharing that made this stay unique. On the last day, we shared a magical moment: Fathia dressed us in traditional outfits, and Abdo joined us for a memorable laughing session. I will return without hesitation, just to feel the joy of meeting Fathia again! ❤️

“Bellissimo Riad nel cuore di Marrakech”

The place was clean and well maintained, and the owner was very kind and helpful. However, you can’t get breakfast early; if you need to leave before 8:30 you’ll miss it even though it’s included.
