From the moment I checked in until I left, the two front‑desk folks were super friendly, always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the room was clean and comfy. The biscuit I got was hard, as if it had been reheated the wrong way or left out too long, and a few floor planks in the room were loose, which could trip an older guest.

Walking to restaurants and the gas station was easy. The in‑room washer and dryer, though, felt like a rip‑off; it should have been paid with quarters. I ended up using a local laundromat instead.

The AC didn’t keep the room cold. It was fine, but the floor had gaps.

I like the location and it was decent looking. It smelled fresh. There were 2 baby roaches in the bathroom. The hardwood floor slats were taped together in some spots
