The stay was nice but expensive because only one double room was left. The living room was very cozy and there were good chances to meet other people. The price was the downside.

A very nice modern room, but a lamp 5 centimetres above the pillow was broken. When I asked staff if we could change rooms because it was uncomfortable, she replied, “Oh, they all have that.” So the lamp fell on my head every night. Sleep comfort was very poor and the staff did nothing about it.

The room had a bad smell, was dirty, and our sink and shower were clogged. The staff always said “I will call my colleague,” and nothing happened. It took almost 1,5 days to fix the clogged shower, and we had to shower in our friends’ room. The staff seemed clueless about who did what, constantly shifting responsibility to someone else and nothing resolved. The same happened with bikes we booked—they weren’t available. An incredibly mismanaged place.

Breakfast was good, but the organization was lacking. I was given a room that already had someone sleeping inside.

Clean and comfortable, but the transport was a bit of a hassle for me, yet the hotel can definitely be kept with good performance.
