The pub was decent, but everything in the room was unacceptable.

The beds and pillows were comfy, yet the whole room smelled like fresh fecal matter even with a deodoriser, there was no toaster or washcloths, the pub staff were rude, and our food took an hour to arrive.
The bed was good, but the stair rails on all steps were dangerous because they weren't attached to the steps and were very rickety, the smoke detector was hidden in a drawer, there was a hole in the wall from the front door knob, no teaspoons, the shower nozzle sprayed you in the face as it leaked from the wall, the towels looked like they had dried in the washing machine and had to be pulled apart, the TV switch was unreachable, many light bulbs were blown so most lights didn't work, and I don't understand why it's on your app.
