The place is pretty nice, clean, brand‑new, with a cozy vibe, decent breakfasts and a good restaurant menu, and the staff are polite and helpful; the beds are very comfortable. The only downside is that it’s on the outskirts, so you’ll need transport to get around.

The sunsets, internet, staff, and the evening restaurant were all positive points. The Serbellas, with its attractive design and great potential, still has major shortcomings for a 5‑star boutique hotel. The new, modern building boasts beautiful sunsets, a well‑designed pool area with white loungers, and fast, reliable internet. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, and the restaurant earned special praise for both the visual appeal and taste of the dishes, showing the hotel can meet high standards. Eszther from Guest Relations deserves commendation for her dedicated effort to satisfy guests and resolve issues; her commitment is truly appreciated. During our stay we received several apology cards and a fruit plate, and the hotel offered us a dinner as compensation, which we appreciated. However, it felt like these gestures might have been necessary for more than just us, though we can’t say for sure. These kind gestures are well‑intentioned but don’t fix the underlying problems. Unfortunately, many issues significantly marred our stay, making it hard to reconcile with the expectations of a 5‑star boutique hotel. The building, only about four months old, is in a surprisingly poor state in several areas.

The location, design, rooms with a stunning sea view, and excellent breakfast make this a genuinely lovely property.

“Hôtel en devenir sans doute”

The hotel itself and the surroundings are pleasant, with a nice pool and everything, but its location is too far from Paphos, the nearby road is very busy, and the exit from the hotel is a nightmare.
