The pool was open and nobody else was there, which was great, but we kept finding huge spiders in our room, especially in the towels.

We checked in around 4:30 pm, but the TV remote didn’t work and the cable or dish service was dead; to top it off, they kicked us out at 9 am even though check‑out was at 11 am. On the bright side, they did provide towels.

The hotel is within walking distance of parks, shops, and food, but it feels a bit scuzzy in the back under the stairs, there’s no open parking unless you use the adjoining lawyer’s office parking, and it’s very tight to get in on the back alley.
