Everything was okay, but the reception staff didn’t do a good job because I paid for 2 days but only stayed 1 day, and they didn’t refund me for the unused day.

Everything is good: the spa, the pool, the staff, especially the director’s kindness. It’s far from the center, but Yandex maps it correctly.
