Hotel Parma & Congressi is a 4-star superior hotel located just off the Tangenziale Nord ring road, a 10-minute drive from Parma's city center. This hotel features an outdoor seasonal swimming pool, sauna, and gym, along with free parking and Wi-Fi. Rooms come with air conditioning, satellite TV, and some offer a hydromassage bath or shower, while the restaurant serves à-la-carte Emilian cuisine and a generous breakfast buffet.

The service was good. The bathroom door wouldn't close, and in the mornings there was only cold water for showers.

The hotel is nice, fairly modern and well finished, with a spacious outdoor parking lot. The room is small, but as a single it’s acceptable. No other negatives.

The parking is monitored, the reception is open 24 hours, and the elevator is very comfortable.
