The service was good, the reception staff were gentle, and the hotel was cool and clean.

The staff were friendly but the location was far from services, and the rooms were unsuitable, forcing us to pull out and look for another place. No food services suited us, and the cleanliness of the rooms and overall services were poor.

There wasn't a breakfast. And when booking in they didn't give the coupons for breakfast until the next morning. At 8.10am. Then said the breakfast was over. That would have to be the quickest breakfast time from any hotel that I have ever stayed at. I had booked it with booking. Com and had it confirmed but the lady said she could not find my booking and then wanted to charge me 40% more. Then the add said child stays free but the next morning when they issued the coupons for breakfast they didn't include our child's coupon for a meal that wasn't available
