The convenience store on the first floor was handy, and a helpful woman came to my room to explain how to use the indoor monitor, which I couldn't figure out. However, the young man who handled my check‑in was rude and unpleasant, making it hard for me—an older guest—to use the new APA system, and the water pressure in the shower, tap, and washlet on the 20th floor was uneven.
