The bathroom and shower are gorgeous, the location is great, the host is very friendly and helpful, the welcome kit is nice, and the check‑in/out times are excellent. The bed swings open during the day, which makes it hard to use the wardrobe because you have to jump over the bed to reach it.

The place sits in a superb spot, the owner is super kind and met every request we had, and the rooms are tastefully decorated.

The property is brand new, clearly renovated recently, and everything is perfect.

We loved the room – clean, tidy, small but fully equipped, even with a little balcony. The location is perfect, right on the main street of San Benedetto. Check‑in and check‑out were efficient, and the host Radiana was very accommodating. We’ll definitely come back 🥰
