The room is a good size, comfortable, equipped with a mini‑fridge, air‑conditioning and a TV, less than 5 minutes from Roma Termini train station, very useful. The bathroom drain was clogged and the staff took a long time to respond.

The bathroom looks fresh and spotless, but the shower drain was blocked.

The location, cleanliness, and comfort were great, and the room was overall very good; I have no complaints. Everything seemed excellent.
