“Space good, service bad”

The room was spacious, but the staff’s service varied: I asked for tissues several times and never received them, toilet paper was never provided, food orders were consistently wrong and unsatisfactory, the toilet light kept flickering, and repairs were sluggish.

There was no proper AC, the staff seemed unprofessional, breakfast was charged even though the booking said it was included, and the location was poor.

“Very Bad.”

It was the worst stay at this hotel. I booked with breakfast included but was charged for one person’s breakfast. The location is bad; rooms were dirty with mosquitoes, lizards, and bedbugs, plus spiders and webs. Toilets and water pipes were broken everywhere, contrary to what was shown. The hotel has many names and appears under different titles on various websites.

“Unsatisfactory and unclean”

The staff who cleaned the rooms were helpful, but the place was infested with bed bugs, had voltage tripping in some rooms, rats, and balconies littered with empty alcohol bottles that nobody cleaned. Cobwebs were also present in parts of the rooms. I had to move twice and ended up in a third room on my last day, paying for the entire stay.
