Excellent service, but the place was a bit messy.

The hostel sits right on the beach with a great balcony and a clear sea view, and the rooms were clean with mosquito nets, fans, and lamps. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and you can rent surfboards right there. The owner was friendly, but a few staff members were a bit closed off and communication could be smoother.

The shower was almost impossible to use – you had to struggle just to get a trickle of water. They really need to fix the system.

The environment was calm and the place spotless, and the Mendihuaca community is amazing, especially Ana who helped out at night. But the shower buttons need fixing so the water flows consistently.
