Ms. Alfie, the cleaning lady, was kind and very accommodating, and the breakfast was good, traditional, and perfect to start the day. Some of the receptionists were polite and easy to mingle with, but the front desk officer named April was disrespectful and very rude, not a good representation of the hotel.

The staff were really friendly, helpful, and approachable. However, the water pump ran all night and was very noisy, which was annoying and kept me from sleeping the whole night, leaving me disappointed.

The room was very comfortable, the bed was nice, and everything worked great; breakfast was very nice, and I would stay there again. Unfortunately, there was a bit of blood on the towel after shaving, so I had to pay P300, and they claimed it was a new towel, but it clearly wasn't.

The location was okay, but it was actually more than 300 m from what the map on Booking indicated. The shower head was limescale‑covered with a poor spray, and the breakfast was not worth it; it’s better to eat somewhere nearby.
