The location is very good. The facilities are very comfortable. Everything you need, such as an iron, dryer, or mini‑fridge, is available. Even though there is no parking, within 5 minutes they bring your car from their own parking. Sudden changes in charge policies were a drawback.

The concierge was friendly. The night‑shift receptionist was rude, failed to charge correctly, and later, very late, called to complain that we owed money for the room, showing poor customer service and lack of friendliness.

The reception was fine. The TVs were old and non‑functional, the bathroom had cold water, the towels smelled bad, and I was assigned a room where the blinds didn’t cover the whole window, letting you see inside.

Everything is absolutely beautiful, the hotel and rooms are excellent, and the staff are very attentive; all personnel are absolutely exceptional, making the place truly beautiful.
