“Great place to stay, we'll be back !”

I stayed in a clean, comfortable room in a great spot, and we’re already planning to come back. The construction around the building was noisy, but they managed to keep it down between 7‑5pm, so once it’s finished the place will be even better.

“Very happy with the overall experience”

The staff were very friendly and the location was great. We weren’t very happy with the parking situation, as there was no free parking and what was available seemed a little overpriced.

“Stunning views in a beautiful location”

The ocean‑front room offered 180‑degree views of the harbour and wharf, was spacious, spotless and very cozy, and the downstairs restaurant had a fantastic happy hour and a lovely breakfast. It’s close to the main attraction, walking paths and shops. Parking wasn’t included in the rate and was pricey: $50 to park with them or $30 to park off‑site yourself.

The shower was just warm.

“exhausting”

location. Staff did not collect room service trays from outside room door for over 24hrs - stench. The construction noise was unbearable and started from as early as 7am - yet there was no reduction in room price, and staff were dismissive of issues raised, including unplanned temporary outages of hot water . Staff did not make up our room in the 2 days we stayed there. We have stayed here twice previously bu this time was awful and will not be staying there again
