The overall experience was really good, especially the location, staff, services, and food, making it one of our go‑to hotels for a short break. However, the pool couldn't be fully recommended because the water was unclean during our stay; the bubble solution used for the party made the water itchy and uncomfortable for the kids afterward. Instead of foam or bubble parties in the main pool, the hotel might consider other pool‑friendly activities—like organized water relay games, floating obstacle courses, or moving foam parties to a dry lawn area nearby—to keep the water clear and protect its quality.

The hotel offers excellent value; the price is reasonable, yet the breakfast is neat, abundant, and satisfying. It’s located in a safe area with good security, so families can stay comfortably, and it’s close to major attractions like Aqua Planet, making planning easy. I strongly recommend it for family trips. The facilities feel a bit old, but they’re kept clean, so it doesn’t feel dirty. The only downside was that the Wi‑Fi in the room didn’t work well. Apart from those two points, everything was great, so I left feeling satisfied.

“Good hotel location with comfortable rooms and at affordable price.”

I stayed because I had a marathon on an early Sunday morning. The room was good and the bed comfy, so I managed a 3‑hour nap before the race. The hotel runs excellent team‑building activities for kids, and my children really enjoyed them; the kid zone was fun too. The breakfast was too simple—I’d like more vegetarian and seafood options. The pool was mixed with soap and bubble, which we didn’t like; my kids love swimming but the water conditions didn’t allow it.

“An effortless, fun family stay despite a stormy week!”

We had a wonderful 3-day family stay at Quest Hotel while attending our daughter's Science Olympiad, and the experience exceeded our expectations, even on a stormy week! Room: Our room was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and provided a relaxing retreat after busy days of competition. Breakfast & Dining: The food throughout the hotel was fantastic. A special shoutout to the hotel restaurant—the kalderetang kambing was an absolute standout and a truly delicious meal! Location & Service: The location was very convenient, and the thoughtful touches—like the friendly staff providing carts to transport guests around the facility and parking areas—made our family stay smooth and stress-free, despite the weather.
