1.櫃檯服務人員很熱情，也很熱心協助入住；對於提出的問題都能給予協助。 2.有提供上午和下午二個時段的免費部落導覽，講解也很詳細。. 1.飯店的wifi訊號很差，而且速度慢。 2.晚餐每人400的餐標不是很好(蝦每人二支、一盤燒肉、燴菇、青菜二盤、百菇湯一鍋、水果一盤、白飯和飲料無限)，對飲食有要求的請自行評估。 3.隔音很差，可以聽到門外人走動及講話聲音。

At 8 p.m. the hotel hosts a welcome dance and dessert, something most hotels don’t offer, which felt thoughtful and made me want to stay again. The hot spring water was too hot—about 42 °C instead of the advertised 39 °C—so I’d like that improved next time.
