The staff were helpful. The room was quite grubby, and even though it was advertised as non‑smoking, there was a smell of previous smoking. There was no fridge, no hand towels, and the bath towels and sheets were thin and holed. The shower and toilet shared one tiny room.

The stay was fine overall, but the noise from outside could be heard inside the room. The small window faces the road and lacks curtains, so better soundproofing is needed; otherwise everything else was good.
