Hotel am Wind, a family‑run property on Großenbrode’s beach promenade, offers garden sunbathing lawns, a children’s playground, and free on‑site parking. Each room features satellite TV and a bathroom. Steps from the yacht harbour, diving, fishing, and surf schools, it provides a buffet breakfast overlooking the garden, with Fehmarn Sound Bridge 3 km away and a 20‑min walk to the station.

The location is great, the rooms are big and beautiful, the breakfast is rich and good, everything is clean, the family‑run staff are friendly, and the little hotel feels cozy and pleasant. Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was extensive and tasty, and the homemade jams were outstanding!

Everything was perfect, the staff were very friendly, the hotel sits ideally by the beach with a nice garden to relax in, the breakfast buffet had everything we needed, the coffee pot was brought to our table, and we could sit on the terrace when the weather was good; thanks again to the team, we’ll definitely come back. There is nothing to complain about!

Before breakfast you could already get coffee or tea, and the breakfast buffet was exceptionally good.
