“Disappointing experience with poor service and multiple avoidable issues.”

Arriving around midnight with bags, the staff watched me struggle, asked if I had a booking, then left after I confirmed, so I had to handle everything alone. The first room’s bathroom was locked and unusable; after moving to a second room it was chipped, damaged, and felt unclean, plus there were many mosquitoes. When I paid cash they didn’t give me the correct change and later tried to charge me again at checkout, which was unacceptable. On the bright side, breakfast was decent and one of the few positives of the stay.

The power cut out every 10 minutes, the TV flickered on and off, and there was no hot water at all, but the restaurant was lovely and the staff were nice. The main issue was the continuous power outages and lack of hot water.

“Un bon compromis pour une première fois à Luknow”

The location is good, the room is pretty decent, and the staff are helpful. The place isn’t super clean, which is a shame because nothing major is missing—just the floors need proper washing. The room stayed warm despite the AC, being hotter than the rest of the hotel.

“Indian Hotel”

They gave me a smoking room; I asked for another room, but it also had a smoke smell, though they tried to mask it with a refresher scent while I waited. Because the hotel was fully booked, I had to deal with it, and the staff spoke very little English.
