The reception and the size of the room were perfect. I didn’t like the location in a disadvantaged neighbourhood; there was a lot of noise outside until late at night, and the room wasn’t well sound‑proofed.

The price was good, but the location was a problem. The room opens straight onto the street with only one window above the front door, and the bathroom has a locked door that leads to other rooms or a patio, giving a feeling of low privacy.

Maria handed me the keys at almost 2am after my late flight. The room was spacious, very comfortable, had working air conditioning and a great shower. I’d love to stay again.

Everything felt like a pig’s house—from the room, bathroom, to the neighborhood. Fake reviews and total irresponsibility from the booking platform allowed something like this. Three or four reviews are truthful, the rest are fake. I wouldn’t even bring an animal into that room. There’s no bed or normal amenities. Imagine stepping from the street directly into a bedroom that probably used to be a car garage, with no windows, mold, and unbreathable air.

At check‑in, Signora Maria welcomed me with a smile and was ready to help. She, along with Alexandra on the phone, was caring and ensured the guest felt comfortable. Very quick! The management is family‑run and honest. My short stay only confirms that I felt very good in the Star Suite at Via Officina 36.
