I appreciated the air conditioning and the cozy vibe, and the staff were very helpful and eager to assist with anything, even arranging airport transport for us; however, we missed breakfast because it wasn’t available when we were there.

Melissa and her son treated us exceptionally well, offering warm hospitality, recommending a whale‑watching tour that was fantastic, and suggesting great places to visit and eat—truly excellent hosts.

The room was clean and spacious, the family’s kindness—especially Juan Pablo and his girlfriend Salomé—was delightful, they took us to see the whales and it was worth every penny; we’ll definitely return without hesitation.
