It’s false. It’s a scam; I had to find another hotel, and when I arrived, this was a lie.

Nothing, it was a scam and I had to cancel my bank card. We never stayed; I had to pay a fortune to get my wife and three kids a hotel in Rome after the number we called said she knew nothing about the property and we had been scammed; we discovered this when an Italian lady translated the call after we phoned her again.
