“Room comfortable but check in could be better”
Clean and comfortable beds. The check‑in staff were rude: after I couldn’t find my ID, I asked if I could cancel and change the reservation to my husband’s, who had his ID and card, but they wouldn’t change it and forced me to handle everything online, showing poor customer service.
The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shower was nice with good water pressure. The bathroom could use a larger vanity and a mirror with a light directly above it, especially for women doing makeup.
“Convenient location”
Getting to the hotel from the highway was easy and the place stayed quiet despite the road. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room felt a bit rough around the edges—clean but worn—and the smoke alarm was buzzing mildly, which was a bit annoying. Breakfast was just okay.
Most of the staff were helpful and pleasant, and the breakfast was delicious. The front‑desk lady who checked us in was rude and seemed to be in a hurry, even though it wasn’t busy at all, which was quite off‑putting. The pool room looked nice, but the water was very warm—more like a hot bath than a refreshing swim.

The hot tub was out of order and looked pretty bad; it would have been helpful to know that before booking, especially since you pay extra for it. After a 7‑hour drive, I was hoping for a relaxing soak. The hallway by my room smelled horrible, and the room itself, while clean, had a TV that looked like a small computer monitor (about 32") that had been placed on the dresser. There was a spot where a VESA mount might have been before, but it was just a wall section. The staff were nice and the cookies were good. My daughter’s new white socks got dirty just from walking around the room—gross. For under $100 rates, this is disappointing, but at $150 per night it’s even more disheartening. The breakfast staff were very friendly, the espresso was good, but the biscuits were dry (for biscuits and gravy). The link sausage was good, the eggs seemed oddly steamed, and the kids liked the waffles.
