Everything was wonderful! The food was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly, courteous, and responsive. We especially loved the Saturday Bulgarian evening, which exceeded all our expectations; it was a great atmosphere, delicious food, and a lot of fun. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We would gladly return again. ❤️

The staff were fantastic—exactly what I prefer: smiling, responsive, and they found the perfect balance so you feel great without any pressure from them. The food was fresh, tasty, and varied, which was the first time I stayed at a hotel that consistently offers such meals. Cleanliness was impeccable. Every day the towels and sheets were changed, and all consumables were replenished. I won’t forget the animators, who were very good at selecting activities that entertained both kids and adults. You all made my stay incredible. Many hotels could learn from you and improve their quality. I recommend you 😃

“Pleasant stay”

We had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is surrounded by lots of greenery, trees and lawns, which makes the atmosphere very relaxing. It’s also a great choice for families, with a playground, swings, kids’ area and various activities for children. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. The balcony was a good size, with a view of the pool and the sea in the distance, and was a lovely place to relax. The all‑inclusive food and drink options were varied and the meal times were convenient. There were also two bars open throughout the day serving drinks and snacks. We really enjoyed the entertainment team and the activities they organized. Most of the guests were families with children, which definitely shows that this is a great place for a family holiday. Also, the hotel is close to the main street with many restaurants, shops and amusement parks. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. We were surprised to be charged an additional fee for a baby cot, as this was the first time we had encountered such a charge despite staying at quite a few hotels. The parking is located within the hotel’s own premises, but there is still an additional daily parking fee. The beach is also not particularly close, especially if you are travelling with a small child. The hotel does not provide sun loungers or umbrellas on the beach, so this is another extra cost to consider.
