Everything was good, from the staff to the room, but everything was also a problem.

The beds were very comfortable and breakfast excellent, but the room lacked a microwave and I needed more towels.

The price was reasonable, but cleanliness required improvement; there were stains and hair on my sheets, and I had to go to the lobby to get clean ones because the front desk wouldn't deliver them to the room and I had to change them myself.
