The staff were super helpful, giving us all the info we needed, and the view from the breakfast area was amazing. The breakfast itself was great, though the room and shower felt a bit tight.

The location is spot on, but the comfort level drops—no good heating, the bathroom looks awful, and the elevator is a nightmare.

The hotel is pretty nice, spot on location with great views. The front desk staff were super friendly and the breakfast spread was generous. But at night I was still shivering even with the heat cranked up; a thicker duvet or an extra blanket would make winter nights more comfortable.
