The staff were great, the place is central, and there’s secure motorcycle parking. I only realized afterward that I’d paid for a room with a mountain view, which wasn’t the case, so I was overcharged.

The owner was very rude. We booked and called the displayed number, but the guy said he was the owner and that we should talk to his team. We preferred to cancel the stay.

“Rude Staff and Very Poor Hospitality”

The location was good, but the experience was very disappointing. The person in charge of the property had a lot of attitude and was highly rude. When we complained about the room’s cleanliness, we were told the bedsheet was “that colour.” When we asked for a change, they said, “We don’t give so much service.” When I mentioned that such a response is unexpected in the hospitality business, they told us we could take our money and leave the property immediately. Very poor service and unprofessional behaviour.
