The room was spacious and the terrace huge, which I loved. However, the terrace window door didn’t lock, letting neighboring rooms slip in easily, so security felt only average. The safe wasn’t wall‑mounted, so it was useless unless you put it in a backpack. I told the cleaning and breakfast staff about the issue, but they didn’t think it was serious enough to bring up with the managers.

The accommodation was roomy, tidy, and had everything you’d need for a holiday. Your room comes with a safe, a case, and a coffee/tea set, all very well equipped. The soaps smelled fantastic, and everything stayed neat each day. The instructions for trash disposal were incomplete; I didn’t know that plastic bottles or paper cups shouldn’t go in the bin because the plastic bottle label says you’re drinking outside the hotel, so the cleaner warned me that if I keep doing that, I’d incur extra charges. The trash system could be better.

The rooms had mold and other issues, but otherwise it was 10/10.

“Exceptional”

It’s hard to sum up all the positives briefly. The biggest advantage of staying at a Zzzing.com property is the staff: their attitude and attention to every detail and guest request is phenomenal. From the front office to cleaners and support staff, the service is timely, humane, and impeccable.
