The mountain view and hot springs are beautiful. However, the room had cockroaches, ants, and spiders, the walls were covered in mold and the floor was damp, and there were constant strange noises at night that were scary and kept me from sleeping. The entrance had a large pit, and the car chassis was damaged before we even checked in! Poor quality.

The front desk staff were super friendly! The hot spring pool is large and deep enough, and the water drains quickly!

The owner was very polite and explained everything with great patience. The floor was uneven in places and made a lot of noise underfoot.

The distance to Wulai Old Street is a bit far, and the heat makes walking there quite exhausting.
