“Worst worst worst worst”

The location was fine, but the staff were the worst, the hotel itself was terrible, they cancelled my booking and still took my payment.

When I arrived the overall service was unacceptable: I found stained bed linen, a dirty bathroom with odd items and mold, and a non‑functional television; I asked for help right away but nothing was done, leaving me very disappointed.

“Worst Staying Experience”

The only bright spot was the staff—they’re good and try to fix problems with the minimal resources the owner gives them, but everything else was a disaster: the pictures on the site were misleading, the water quality was awful, water ran from the bathroom into the bedroom, rooms weren’t cleaned regularly, a complimentary half‑litre water bottle was offered for double occupancy, cockroaches roamed the room and bed, furniture, blankets and bedsheets were uncleaned, and although they’d renamed the unit, they weren’t ready to host guests for a pleasant stay.
