Worst hotel ever. The room was terrible; the fan and AC were noisy. No basic toiletries were provided. The toilet pot was loose. The bed linens were old and dirty. Staff were inattentive and facilities and management were poor.

No breakfast was offered. The restaurant needs to be operational; otherwise guests from other states struggle to find food options. A drinking water facility in the room is urgently needed.

The room is spacious, but the beds are bad and smelly, cleanliness is below par, and the AC and fan switches are not fully operational. Beds and AC are problematic.

The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, which was a big plus for me. The cleanliness was really impressive, and it made a big difference in my overall experience.
