The rooms were very nice, all the amenities worked well, and the breakfast tasted very nice.
The property was nice, but the stay was also nice.
The rooms were spacious, clean and had good views. Breakfast should have had more options, and the tea facilities should be thr.
The internet was slow, I couldn’t control the AC, the bed was hard and squeaky.
I had a disappointing experience during checkout. I had informed the staff that I had a meeting and would be leaving shortly, with just a 30-minute delay. However, the staff handled the situation quite aggressively and lacked basic courtesy. A more polite and understanding approach would have made a big difference
