The room was comfortable and the staff were helpful, and the location was convenient, but the breakfast fell short—coffee and juices were weak, and the eggs and pancakes weren't very hot.

The desk clerk was very friendly and kept me on schedule with a morning wake‑up call, and the free breakfast included delicious fruit; however, I had to learn how to use the elevator myself, so I ended up walking from the 2nd to the 5th floor on my first trip to the room.
