“Very good outer look and vice versa inside”

The exterior looked nice, the food was very good, room service was good and very quick. However, the mattress, bedspread, and pillow covers were a decade old and torn, the balcony was not clean, the toilet seat was very old and wobbling, there were too many drainage flies in the bathroom biting, and the cleaning chemicals seemed unused.

“All is good 👍”

Overall, it could be better.

“Great and safe place to stay with family”

The food was decent, but I'm not a big foodie so I skipped to the highlights. It's a great and safe place for families, but never book Mistral properties in this area; I had to come here because that idiot owner didn't honor the check‑in.

The property layout is well maintained, but there were no mats outside the washrooms, which was a bit irritating; otherwise the rooms and location were great.

The place is great: central location, tasty breakfast, and the room is spacious.
