The location is very good; 10 minutes walking from the historical city. Trams are available nearby (3 minutes). The rooms can be renovated.

Very friendly staff and the cleanliness impressed me, and the location is great. However, it was too expensive for what it is. The water tap in the bathtub didn’t work well, and the windows didn’t block noise effectively. A huge construction site right outside the door made a lot of noise, which the hotel can’t control, but a heads‑up would have been nice.
