“Very bad and disgusting”

The garden is the only bright spot, everything else feels filthy and stinky—the rooms, toilets, and even the bed sheets have a strong sweat odor. There was no reception, no housekeeping service, and overall it was the worst holiday I've had.

The location is fantastic and the staff are incredibly helpful, especially Selami and Hairy who are always ready to assist; the rest of the team are friendly too, though I can't recall their names. Everything was good, but the price doesn’t really justify the experience.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's organization and decor. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no shuttle service available to nearby attractions, which made it difficult for me to explore the area.

The hotel's setting was lovely, with a beautiful pool and a charming atmosphere. However, the reception staff seemed a bit cold and unfriendly. Additionally, the room lacked a refrigerator and the lighting was extremely dim.
