The staff were attentive. The hotel is in a historic building, very pretty. The pool was not clean.

“Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!”

The accommodation is a former 19th‑century olive‑oil factory turned hotel, lovingly restored, its charm is everywhere. The food was tasty, the pool was great. The only drawback is that the beds are on a landing up a flight of stairs in the middle floor, which can be a nuisance for some; we didn’t mind and the kids even liked it. Perhaps due to time constraints we felt the site seemed a bit neglected in some details – lounge chairs that were present but not cleaned by the pool, broken light bulbs – but these are small issues and the overall experience was high‑level.

“Una noche muy calurosa”

The sink was partially clogged, and the air conditioner made a loud noise that was unbearable at night; the ceiling fan squeaked too. In a room roughly 5 or 6 meters high, it seemed illogical to place the bed on the upper mezzanine where the heat gathered.

“Personal agradable pero falta mantenimiento”

The small staff that were there were very pleasant. There was a lack of staff; the restaurant couldn’t keep up, there was no one at reception so you had to wander the hotel looking for them. The facilities clearly needed maintenance – garden tables had empty glasses left for days, the children’s park slide was half‑off and dangerous if used, the pool was very dirty, and people were allowed to reserve hammocks with a towel but left it unused all afternoon. A shame because the place has a lot of potential.

The hotel is huge and beautiful, and the rooms are very spacious. The food at the restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast earns a 2.
